Join a guided meditation and experience a transformative “Voyage Sonore,” including sound bath, mindful movement, mantra, and a sharing circle.

The Space
Experience a moment to connect, be present, and explore your inner world, online or in-person. Meditation brings awareness to the here and now, allowing you to observe your body, choose to be, and connect with yourself.
Sessions can include Meditation, “Voyage sonore”-Sound Bath or “Inner Dance,” shamanic songs, intuitive body movements, mantra, creative exercises, and circles of talk.
In this space, I also offer tools to set intentions, become aware, surrender, and create, guided by the theme and energies of the moment.
This session can be offered individually or in a group, allowing you to explore, share, and reconnect in the way that suits you best.

All is vibration
Our body, our thoughts, our emotions — everything within us is in constant movement, in vibration. The world around us is also made of frequencies: sounds, rhythms, subtle waves that we feel, often without even noticing.
Sound has the ability to support, soothe, and bring us back into balance. It can help us reconnect with our body, calm the mind, and create space for alignment.
Through conscious listening, movement, and presence, we begin to tune into these vibrations — within and around us.
This space is an invitation to explore that connection.

What do I need to prepare or bring?
- Comfortable clothes to move, stretch, or relax.
- A blanket or cushion if you want to sit or lie down comfortably if you are at home.
- A calm, warm space—especially for online sessions.
- Optional: a candle, a small object, or your tarot card, or others spiritual tools to create a personal, sacred atmosphere.
- Make sure you have enough space to move or lie down if you prefer.
Can I join online?
Some sessions are online, others in person. Check the Events Calendar for upcoming workshop dates, times, and locations, or contact me to book your individual session.
How long is a session?
Sessions last between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the space and activities offered.
How much do a session cost?
- First session: Koha/Donation-based (suggested 25–50 Euros)
- Ongoing sessions: Pricing is discussed together in a fair and supportive spirit
