What is Ayurveda ?
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system originating in India, meaning “the science of life.”
It considers the human being as a whole — physical, mental, emotional, and subtle. Rather than looking at symptoms alone, Ayurveda invites us to understand:
- your unique constitution
- your relationship with food, rhythm, breath, and environment
- how balance and imbalance express themselves in your body, mind, soul.
Ayurveda is not about perfection, but about listening, adapting, and living in harmony with who we are. Through Ayurveda wisdom, consultations, massages, and bodywork, you are guided to release tension, restore energy flow, support harmony and nurture overall balance and wellbeing.

Feminine Rhythms
- Changing Season - Navigate Life Transitions
- Mama Journey - Prenatal/Postpartum care
- White Moon - Perimenopause & beyond
These are ongoing programs designed to guide you step by step, supporting your growth and wellbeing over time.

Rooted in Ayurveda
My journey began long before I formally studied Ayurveda. My first experience was with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage — fluid, rhythmic, like a dance between bodies — sparked curiosity and a deep desire to learn more.
I felt called to practice with awareness and understanding. Over the years, learning Ayurveda wisdoms and massages supported me also personally, deepening my trust in this path.
Since 2020, I have dedicated over 1,500 hours to studying and practicing Ayurveda, training with:
- Gayaveda Academie Tapovan, École TCMA, Panackal, Lords of Ayurveda, etc.
- Learning from Dr. Yadun, Dr. Lélé, Kyran Vyas, , Dr Amritha, Caroline, Linda and other mentors in Europe and India
Through this journey, I discovered that Ayurveda is more than a practice — it is Swastha, the path of inner balance, health, and alignment. I am now happy to share my expertise and guide you with Ayurvedic wisdom.
