Ayurvedic Yoga

I offer yoga classes integrated with Ayurveda. Each sequence, breath, and intention is designed to honor your constitution, the season, the time of day, and Ayurvedic principles, bringing balance to body, mind, and energy. Through mindful alignment, conscious breathing, and gentle flow, you nurture vitality, calm, and inner harmony. Each ongoing session is adapted to your rhythm throughout the year, allowing you to integrate the practice into your daily life. Regular practice supports lasting transformation.
