Why Join a Yoga class with Estelle?

Through our week or day we need pause to recharge and come back to our body. I invite you to join me on the mat for 1h of care and nurturing. An opportunity to unwind, relax, release, and reconnect with your breath and body through gentle Asana.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, or simply a moment of tranquility. Each class is thoughtfully designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and rediscover the harmony within. With a focus on breath awareness and mindful movement, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.

All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or are a seasoned yogi, our classes cater to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. Modifications and variations will be provided to suit your individual needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive practice for all.

Each class usually lasts 1h–1h10, and can be adapted to your needs in a 1:1 session.

 

  • If you choose an online session, you will need a yoga mat, two blocks, and a belt. For in-person classes in Feldbach or Graz, all materials are provided on site, though you are welcome to bring your own.
  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is recommended.
  • Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and breath.
  • Remember to have water nearby to stay hydrated.
  • Optional: you can also use a blanket, cushion, or other yoga props for extra support.
