My Experience
My journey as a yoga teacher began with Hatha and Vinyasa training in Cambodia, followed by Hatha studies in Vienna. Over the years, I have deepened my practice, integrating Ayurveda, prenatal yoga, and additional teachings. Today, I offer classes that are a harmonious blend of Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic principles, enriched with philosophy, guidance, and practical insights.

Integrated Yoga
I offer yoga classes integrated with Ayurveda, rooted in body awareness and ancient wisdom. Each sequence, breath, and intention honors your constitution, the season, the time of day, and Ayurvedic principles, bringing balance to body, mind, and energy. Through mindful alignment, conscious breathing, and gentle flow, you nurture vitality, calm, and inner harmony.
Each session is adapted to your rhythm throughout the year, allowing you to integrate the practice into daily life and support lasting transformation.
