Meet Vaidhya Yadun – Ayurvedic Dr. from Kerala
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Yadun this August from 15th to 20th between Base Graz & Maison Anahé in Austria.
Dr. Yadun is an experienced Ayurvedic Vaidya from Panackal Ayurveda Clinic in Varkala, Kerala (India). Specialised in Marmatherapy and Panchakarma, he shares the authentic wisdom of Ayurveda with simplicity, clarity and a deeply human approach.
What makes his presence so special is the way he brings Ayurveda back to its essence: practical, accessible and rooted in real experience. Through his work, he invites us to reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence and the subtle ways it seeks balance.
During his visit, Vaidhya Yadun will offer
- -a series of talks on key topics such as: burnout, stress, women’s health , and the foundations of Ayurvedic living.
- As well as individual Marmatherapy treatments as well as a traditional Ayurvedic treatment working through the body’s vital energy points (Marma points). It combines warm Ayurvedic oils and precise therapeutic touch to release deep physical tension, calm the nervous system and support the natural flow of energy in the body.
This is an opportunity to experience authentic Ayurveda directly from a practising Vaidhya, trained and rooted in the living tradition of Kerala.

About Vaidhya Yadun :
He is the Chief Physician at Dr. Ramachandra’s Panackal Ayurveda and an expert in Marma Therapy and Panchakarma. He has inherited and refined traditional Marma treatment techniques through his family lineage, learning from his father and renowned Kalari Vaidyas across South India.
With over 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Yadun specializes in pain management, sports rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal disorders, treating conditions such as frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical and lumbar spondylosis, sciatica, migraine, chronic back pain, insomnia, and stress-related psychosomatic and neuromuscular disorders.
He also has over 8 years of teaching experience and serves as a visiting faculty at Ayurvedic and Yoga wellness institutes, academies, and professional associations in France. He teaches Marma Therapy, Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Pinda Sweda, and other classical Ayurvedic therapies to practitioners, therapists, and students, combining authentic traditional knowledge with practical clinical application.
