Article 1 – Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions (“General Conditions”) apply to all services offered by Maison Anahe (“Provider”) to any consumer or non-professional client (“Client”), including:

  • Online or in-person yoga classes
  • Guided meditation and sound relaxation sessions
  • Circle of Talk
  • Human Energetic Light Work online or in-person (Harmonisation)
  • Ayurvedic Amnesis and follow-up
  • Ayurvedic Massages
  • Special signature programs: White Moon, Changing Season, Prenatal

Annex 1 – Service Description.
All orders or appointments imply acceptance of these General Conditions.

Scope of Services:

  • Services are complementary and do not replace medical advice.
  • Provider may interrupt or refuse a session if contraindications or client health concerns arise.

 

Article 2 – Orders and Appointments

  • Deposits or prepayments are required to secure appointments or classes.
  • Client cancellations: at least 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling without losing the deposit.
  • Provider cancellations: deposits will be fully refunded or rescheduled at client convenience.

*Late Arrival: Late arrivals may have their session shortened; the full fee remains due.

*Missed Appointments / No-Shows: If a Client misses an appointment without providing the required notice (at least 48 hours), the deposit or fee remains due and cannot be refunded. The Provider may, at their discretion, allow rescheduling for a missed session, subject to availability. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Clients are encouraged to contact the Provider as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

***Emergency exceptions (deposit rescheduling):

  • Illness, menstruation, death in the family, or force majeure allow rescheduling within 3 months.
  • After 3 months, deposits expire and are non-refundable.

 

Article 3 – Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in euros, excluding VAT (small self-employed exemption).
  • Additional costs (travel, delivery, materials) are billed separately.
  • Payment methods: bank transfer, check, cash, PayPal.
  • Memberships or packages may be paid in full or in installments (up to 8 monthly installments for annual packages).

 

Article 3 bis – Memberships and Packages

Certain services may be offered as memberships or multi-session packages.

  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
  • 10-class card: valid 10 months | Yearly classes: Sept–June | Massage bundles: 12 months
  • Memberships, class card and packages are personal and non-transferable.
  • Memberships, class cards, and packages are non-refundable. Installment payments do not alter the total contractual commitment. Unused sessions expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
  • By purchasing a membership, class card or package, the Client agrees to the full contractual duration and conditions.

 

Article 4 – Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Usable for any services listed in Annex 1.
  • Starting from €50
  • Each Card or Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • If sessions booked with a voucher are canceled for emergency reasons, the voucher may be applied to a new appointment within its validity period.

 

Article 5 – Online Session Rules

  • Clients must provide a safe environment, stable internet, and necessary equipment.
  • Provider is not responsible for technical issues beyond their control.
  • No online recordings will be made except when explicitly requested by the client.

 

Article 6 – Force Majeure

  • Provider is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport, internet outages, etc.).
  • Provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

 

Article 7 – Participant Limits

Applies to group yoga, meditation, and Circle of Talk sessions only:

  • Feldbach studio: max 3 participants
  • Feldbach park/garden: max 10 to 12 participants
  • Seddwell Center: max 8 to 12 participants
  • Online group sessions: max 8 to 12 participants adapted activities offers.
  • Workshops and retreats at other venues may have different maximum and minimum participant limits depending on the location and format.

Article 8 – Hygiene & Safety

  • Remove shoes at the entrance.
  • Wash hands after using the toilet.
  • Follow Provider instructions to maintain a safe environment.

 

Article 9 – Withdrawal (Remote Services)

  • For online or remote services, Clients have 14 days to withdraw.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if services have been fully executed with the Client’s prior consent.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 days or as otherwise agreed with the Client.
  • If the Client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the Client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has been fully or partially performed.

 

Article 10 – Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and cooperate for proper service execution.

 

Article 11 – Liability

  • Provider’s obligation is an obligation of means.
  • Not liable for: indirect damages, misuse of services, client-supplied information errors, or non-compliance with local legislation.
  • Professional liability insurance is in place.
  • Temporary or permanent incapacity of Provider allows rescheduling or termination without compensatory claims.

 

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

  • All content (texts, graphics, videos, images, logos, databases) remains the Provider’s property.
  • Clients may not reproduce or use these materials without written consent.

 

Article 13 – Personal Data / GDPR

  • Personal data collected is limited to what is necessary (name, contact info, session info).
  • Data is processed securely, only within the EU, and never shared for marketing without consent.
  • Clients may request access, rectification, deletion, or portability.

 

Article 14 – Duration & Termination

  • T&Cs are valid for the duration of the service provision.
  • May be terminated automatically for serious breaches or force majeure.

 

Article 15 – Notifications

  • Written notices can be sent by hand, courier, registered mail, or email.
  • Changes of address must be notified to the other party.

 

Article 16 – Governing Law & Dispute

  • Austrian law applies.
  • Feldbach court is the competent jurisdiction.
  • Seddwell Center is a secondary location.
  • EU clients may refer to the French translation for convenience; Austrian law prevails.
  • Disputes may first be submitted to consumer mediation (Austrian Arbitration Council or the EU online dispute resolution platform)
