Nia technique

Bring our body to shape with Joy

Nia: Now I Am” is a playful and creative fusion of Dance, Martial Arts and Yoga. “A more expressive activity that tones your body and movement to provide inner well-being.

Nia was created in 1983 by Debbie Rosas and Carlos AyaRosas, it originally represented no impacts aerobics. Nia is now a health and fitness alternative and has evolved to include integrative neurological practices.

The Technique of Nia is based on the suggestion that, through movement we find wellbeing and can align body, mind and emotions. It combines movements and philosophies from Martial Arts, Dance and Healing Arts. Today NIA is a physical and spiritual fitness program.

Connect with your body and senses. A little exercise, a nice free dance to let yourself go & have some fun.
