Annex 1 – Description of Services

All services are provided by a trained, certified practitioner with professional liability insurance, for your safety and wellbeing.

The names of classes, programs, or sessions may evolve throughout the year. The descriptions below provide a general overview of the services offered by Maison Anahé.

1. Group  & Individual Classes – Yoga, Fusion, Flow, Nia

Validity Conditions

• First session: Free discovery session (one-time per person)
• 10-class card: Valid for 10 months from the date of purchase
• 15-class card: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Yearly classes: Valid from September to June (approximately 25–30 sessions depending on the calendar)
• Unused sessions expire automatically at the end of the validity period
• Class cards and yearly registrations are personal and non-transferable
• Registrations, class cards, and yearly registrations are non-refundable. Unused sessions expire automatically at the end of the validity period. (see T&C)

• Duration: 1h
• Includes relaxation (and pranayama where applicable)
• Small group format
• Offered: Online, in studio (Feldbach or Seddwell Center), and via Zoom

Individual Sessions

• Available online or in person
• Duration and number of sessions defined together with the client

 

2. Individual Class Sessions – Yoga, Fusion, Flow, Nia, Meditation

• Available online or in person (location defined with the client)
• Duration and number of sessions defined together with the client

3. Circles & Collective Experiences

Connect – Circle of Talk & Sound Bath / Meditation

• Small group session (1 to 3 hours)
• May include: guided discussion, sound experience, meditation, relaxation
• Available online or in studio (Feldbach or Seddwell Center)
• Offered as single sessions or package formats
• Individual sessions available upon request

Circle of Talk & Ayurveda Gathering

• Small group session (1 to 2 hours)
• Includes talking circle, thematic guidance, relaxation & visualization
• Available online, in Feldbach studio, or at Seddwell Center
• Individual sessions available upon request

4. Individual Holistic Sessions

Sacred Space

• Individual session (~1 hour)
• Online or in studio
• Co-created session combining: yoga, movement, relaxation, personalized holistic harmonisation

Harmonisation – Energetic & Holistic Accompaniment

• Individual session (30–60 minutes)
• Online or in person (Feldbach or Seddwell Center)
• May include: energetic observation (energy centers, imbalances), rebalancing techniques, holistic lifestyle guidance, guided relaxation & meditation

5. Ayurvedic Massages

All massages are chosen and tailored to client needs

• Non-refundable except in serious force majeure
• Installments do not modify total contractual commitment

6. Ayurvedic Analysis

7. Workshops & Retreats

• Organized throughout the year
• Locations: Seddwell Center, Feldbach studio, or other venues
• Detailed information, pricing, and specific conditions provided in the respective event announcement

8. Gift Vouchers

• Starting from €50
• Valid for 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated
• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable
• Exceptional extension of 3 to 6 months may be granted at Maison Anahé’s discretion
