Each session combines safe, pregnancy-friendly postures, conscious breathing, gentle movement, and guided relaxation to support comfort, strength, and connection with your growing baby.
Sessions are available individually or in small groups of 2–4 participants, providing an intimate space to share, connect, and feel supported.
Whether you seek personal guidance or a small community of fellow mothers-to-be, these classes help you slow down, cultivate confidence, and prepare for birth with calm and presence.

Who can attend these classes?
All expecting mothers are welcome, regardless of yoga experience. Classes are adapted to your stage of pregnancy & individual needs.
What benefits can I expect from prenatal yoga?
With Prenatal Yoga you will improved comfort, strength, body awareness, relaxation, reduced tension. It also support a deeper connection with your baby, build confidence, and help you feel prepared and serene for birth.
How does yoga support pregnancy by semester?
The class will adapt to your stage of pregnancy:
* 1st Semester – a gentle introduction to support your body, ease tension, and help you feel comfortable and cared for.
* 2nd Semester – focus on comfort, gentle mobility, and connecting with your breath to nurture both you and your baby.
* 3rd Semester – prepare for birth with relaxation, mindful connection, and practices to help you feel calm, confident, and supported.
Are the classes safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Each session focuses on pregnancy-friendly poses, breathing, and gentle movement, prioritizing safety and comfort at all times.
How long is a class ?
Each class asts 1h and can be adapted to your needs in a private 1:1 session. Time also include a space to share and ask questions.
What do I need to join a class.?
- If you choose an online session, you will need a yoga mat, two blocks, a few pillows and/or prenatal pillow and a belt or scarf. You will also need a chair.
- For in-person classes in Feldbach or Graz, all materials are provided on site, though you are welcome to bring your own.
- Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is recommended.
- Remember to have water nearby to stay hydrated.
What about postnatal yoga?
Postnatal classes are recommended only when you feel ready. Posture and practice need to be adapted to your recovery and energy.
