Yoga Online
An invitation to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself.
Yoga is a path of balance, sensation, breath (pranayama), and connection. Through this gentle online session, I offer a practice blending Hatha and Flow, guided by intention, awareness, and relaxation.
Today, yoga is often associated with physical postures, yet it is so much more: an art of unifying body, mind, and energy. It is an inner exploration, where each movement becomes a doorway to deeper presence and self-understanding.
I like to see yoga as an invitation to find perfection within imperfection. To enter each posture with simplicity, without force, listening to your body… and gradually allowing the posture to transform you from within.
The session in a few words:
A soft, fluid, and mindful practice guided by the breath. A space to move slowly, release tension, and explore sensations, between movement and stillness.
Benefits:
A moment to calm the mind, relax the body, and return to what truly matters. Yoga releases, balances, centers, and grounds, while creating a space of inner calm and clarity.
Accessible practice:
Each posture can be adapted to your needs. There is nothing to achieve—simply listen to your body and move at your own pace, with gentleness.
