Join me once a semester at Seddwell Center or online for a nurturing session designed to support your well-being and inner balance. We begin with gentle Ayurveda guidance and practical tips to harmonise your daily life and care for yourself. Then, we move into a reflective space to share, set intentions, and create a positive environment for yourself. The session concludes with a guided meditation to settle your energy, calm the mind, and leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and connected.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Modifications and guidance are offered so each participant can feel comfortable and included. Join from the comfort of your own space and take this time to pause, nurture yourself, and come back to your inner rhythm.

Where:

Option 1: Online once a semester — join from the comfort of your own space on a Wednesday end of day.

Option 2 : Once a semester also @Seddwell Center in graz on a Friday end of day

Group Size: Limited to a few participants to ensure a warm and supportive space
